Dr Mensa Otabil’s historic Living Word School of Ministry (LWSM), an extension of Central University College (CUC), School of Theology and Missions, Department of Practical Ministry (Christ Temple Campus), of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Accra Ghana.

Apostle Emmanuel Ibhayelia: A Spiritual Leader and Founder of School of Ministry Ordination (SMO) Nigeria

Apostle Emmanuel Ibhayelia is a devout Nigerian Charismatic/Pentecostal Christian leader, gospel preacher, educator, mentor, counselor, conflict mediator, and officiator under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. He is the humble visionary founder and serving overseer of Incorporated Trustee of The Rigid-Faith Ministries (The-RFM) and the National President/Head Teacher of the School of Ministry Ordination (SMO), based in the Federation of Nigeria.

Early Life and Education

Born on the Lord’s Day, Sunday July 3, 1983 AD, in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria, to late Mr. Daniel Ibhayelia and Mrs. Sarah Adoh Ibhayelia, Christian parents from Ubiaja in Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria West Africa.

Apostle Emmanuel was brought up under the tutelage of his Christian parents both in the cities of Somolu and Bariga in the State of Lagos, mainly at No 5 Onasanya Street, Lady-Lak Bariga, where he had his early childhood formal education at Temidere Primary School/Gbagada Grammer School, located at Apelehin Gbagada Estate, Somolu Lagos State.

Being originated from “Esanland in Edo State of Nigeria”, Emmanuel was nicknamed “Ishan” by his childhood street’s peers and friends where he grew up at No 5 Onasanya Street, Lady-Lak Bariga, Lagos State–before destiny eventually took him out of Nigeria after the millennium
for a perigrenations which spanned thirtheen (13) years from 2001 in the State of Lagos Nigeria all through the Republic of Benin, Republic of Togo, Republic of Burkina Faso, and Republic of Ghana–which was prompted by God’s calling and were finally confimed in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana in the late’s 2009 AD after receiving his baptism of the Holy Spirit under the evangelistic ministrations of His Grace Archbishop Nicolars Duncan-Williams, at Action Chapel International (ACI), located at Spintex Estate Road, Accra Ghana. He further had his water baptism by immersion in 2010 AD under the prophetic anointing of Excellency Prophet Dr. Moses Ugbogonogo, at Evangelistic Vine Ministries (EVM) in Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana.

Apostle Emmanuel’s educational journey continued with a Certificate in Christian Foundational Ministries (CertM) at Evangelistic Vine Ministries (EVM), School of Ministries in Ghana’s capital city of Accra. He was further offered an academic admission by the Admissions Board of Central University College (CUC) School of Theology and Missions Ghana, where he study to earned a Diploma Degree in Ministry (DipM) with a specialism in Missions and Community Development under its accredited Living World School of Ministry.

Demostrateing exceptional keen interest in the Christian Theology, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology (BTh) from Glorious Christian Bible College and Theological Seminary (GCBCTS) in the State of Lagos.

Striving to make positive impact in the lives of individuals, after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Apostle Emmanuel also pursue a Master’s Degree in Christian Education (MCE) from Bible University (BU), Canada.

Ministry and Calling

Apostle Emmanuel’s journey into the apostolic ministry of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God began after receiving his baptism of the Holy Spirit in 2009 under the evangelistic ministrations of His Grace Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams at Action International (ACI). He was later ordained and commissioned into the priesthood under the charismatic church by His Grace Archbishop Dr. Schambach Amaniampong In conjunction with His Excellency Senior Dr Prophet Bernard Opoku Nisiah, at the Christian Redemption International Ministry (Kings Temple) Accra, Ghana. Apostle Emmanuel’s ministry is centered on sound faith, love, and prosperity in Jesus Christ, with a mandate to teach, raise, ordain, commission, and send off called laborers of the revealed gospel of Jesus Christ for the expansion of the Kingdom of God in these last days. (Acts 2:17-18)

Apostle Emmanuel has been mentored by prominent spiritual leaders, including His Grace Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, His Excellency Rev Dr Mensa Otabil, and His Grace Archbishop Dr. Schambach, His Excellency Prophet Dr. Moses Ugbogonogo, Dr Professor Olu Mike, President of Bible University (BU), USA/Canada, Excellency Apostle Gabriel Oyeniyi, President of Glorious Christian Bible College and Theological Seminary (GCBCTS), Lagos, Nigeria. He is a valued member of several professional associations, including the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), and Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI), Maryland, United States of America, USA.

Holy Matrimony

Apostle Emmanuel is proud son-in-law of Assemblies of God (worldwide), he is happily married to sister (Mrs) Florence Chizoba Ibhayelia, the former singles’ President, youths’ Secretary and Children’s Departmental Teacher of Assemblies of God (Word Based Terbernacle) Oyigbo, Rivers.

They were equally married under the Nigerian Marriage Act “Cap M6” and Matrimonial Causes Acts “Cap M7” at the Federal Marriage Registry, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

School of Ministry Ordination (SMO)

As the founder and National President of SMO, Apostle Emmanuel Ibhayelia has demonstrated a commitment to equipping and empowering individuals for ministry and service. Under his leadership, SMO has become a hub for theological education and training, providing a platform for individuals to deepen their understanding of the Bible and develop their ministerial skills.
