SECTION E: REFUND POLICY:

1. Refund Eligibility:
A participant is eligible for a refund if they cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the seminar.

2. Refund Amount:
- 100% refund of the seminar fee if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the start date.
- 50% refund of the seminar fee if cancellation is made between 3-6 days prior to the start date.
- No refund will be made if cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the start date or after the seminar has commenced.

3. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for registration.

4. Exceptions:
No refunds will be made in cases where the seminar is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
