2. Or any tertiary qualification.
3. Mature Applicant without SSCE (O Level Certificate) shall be considered for entry admission into our Diploma in Church Leadership Program. (Acts 4:13)
(Age Requirements):
1. Applicant must be above 18 years.
2. Both male and female Applicants are highly welcome. (Acts 2:17-18)
(Spirit Requirements):
1. Filled with the Holy Spirit and wisdom.
2. Foundational knowledge of the Holy Bible.

2. Government-Approved ID.
3. Letter of Recommendation.
Application Process:
- Electronic Admission Application Form filling is mandatory for all prospective National and International Applicants, accompanied by all eligibility requirements and qualifications.
- Admission Application Processing Fee: ₦10,000 for National Applicants and $10 for International Applicants. (Payable through Bank Transfer or Online Transfer into the School's approved domiciliary corporate account details (for National Applicants), and registered International payment gateway (forthe International Applicants).

- For onward collection of their admission application processing fee's payment receipt, duly signed and dated by authorised Chief Bursar of (SMO), Nigeria.

- Before prospective Applicant's Admission Application will be duly review, process, validated for onward issuance of the (SMO) Offer Of Admission.
- Upon submission of all the eligibility entry admission requirements thereto, our Admission Application processing time limit is: (14 office working days or less).
- Upon 14 office working days, any submitted admission application that is not accompanied by the required supporting documents and admission application processing fee thereto, shall be automatocally deleted from the official website of SMO, Nigeria, without prior notice.
Mandatory Donation For 2026/2027 Academic Session:
At School of Ministry Ordination (SMO), Nigeria: we are committed to making Christian education accessible to all. Therefore:
- All students' academic tuition fees for church leadership seminar orientation (=training) for 3 months are 100% free of charge.
- All students' academic course materials are 100% free of charge.
- All students' public graduation, ordination, and Reverend confirment officiation upon successful graduation are 100% free of charge.
However, we require a mandatory donation from all National and International prospective Applicants offered entry Admission into our School of Ministry (Ordination Program), (Reverend Confirment Program), (Diploma in Church Leadershp Program) as follows:
- ₦100,000 (a hundred thousand naira only) for National Applicants
- $100.00 (a hundred U.S. dollars only) for International Applicants
This donation contributes to the overall costs associated with:
- Students' church leadership seminar orientation's public graduation
- Awarding of Diploma/Testimonial of graduation
- Awarding of Academic Transcript
- Awarding of Certificate of Ordination
- Awarding of Reverend Confirment Certificate
- Awarding of Attestation of Apostolic charge.
Payment Terms:
- Payable either in full or by two instalments
- Payment must be made on or before prospective Applicant's church leadership seminar orientation's sitting in Week-4
- Prior to prospective Applicant's final qualification examinations sitting in Week-12
- As outlined in our School's scheduled 12-week Bible-based course of study on the General Admission Information page of the School's official website thereunder.

Program Duration and Schedule:
- Duration: 3 months.
- Date of Lecture: Every Thursday weekly
- Study Mode: On-site and Online options available
- Default Clock Hour:
- a. On-site: 4pm-5:30pm (WAT)
- b. Online: 7pm--8pm (WAT)
- c. Prospective International Applicant reserve the tight to re-schedule the time for their church leadership orientation subject to approval by the Management Board of (SMO) Nigeria
- Tuition: 100% free, including course materials.
- Practical Project: After final qualification examinations, all prospective students shall be formally notified by writing to conduct and submit a compulsory final year seminar practical project
- Graduation Mandatory Donation: During the time of public graduation at (SMO), Nigeria, all prospective qualified graduating students shall be required to make necessary graduation mandatory donation, which include the costs associated with their: A. Public Graduation Regalia (=Gown), B. General Refreshments And Beverages For Dignitaries, Guest Speakers and Graduants' Well-wishers. The overall cost shall be duly decided upon and officially published by the authorised Chairman for (SMO) Public Graduation And Ordination Planning Committee (PGOPC), subject to approval by the Management Board of (SMO), Nigeria, as at when consequential.
- Certification: Upon successful graduation, all prospective qualified students for Diploma in Church Leadership Program shall respectively receives: 1. Diploma/ Testimonial in Church Leadership, 2. Academic Transcript.
- Best Student Award: at (SMO) Nigeria, Student Excellent Award (aka Best Student Award), await any prudent prospective Student whose blameless character, rigid commitment and loyalty to the binding policies and ethical
- standards of (SMO), Nigeria, are evident.
- At (SMO) Nigeria: during our public graduation and ordination ceremonies, all qualified graduating students ordination candidates' must dress on blue-suit only.

8. Submit the issued payment receipt via the Department of Admissions and Students' Services of (SMO), Nigeria's official WhatsApp line on:(+2349127647146), or E-mail address at:(admissions@smo.org.ng)
9. Then wait within 14 office working days or less, to enable the authorised Admissions Board of the Christian Education Department of Incorporated Trustee of The Rigid-Faith Ministries (The-RFM), Nigeria, to review, process, validate the electronic admission application for onward issuance of the "(SMO) Offer Of Admission".

Upon 14 office working days, any submitted admission application that is not duly accompanied by the required supporting documents and admission application processing fee thereto, shall be automatocally deleted from the official website of SMO, Nigeria, without prior notice.
